7-day worry-free refund
Within 7 days of payment, we'll help you refund — whether the file won't open, it isn't the form you wanted, it differs from the description, or you simply changed your mind. Even after download, file errors, mismatch with the description, or quality concerns are refundable. Just ask.
Request without an account
Request with your order ID or payment email — no account needed. Pick a simple reason (File won't open / Not the form I wanted / Differs from description / Bought by mistake / Other). If you don't know the order ID, the payment email, time, amount, product name, receipt or approval number also work. Contact: contact@myformzip.com.
Company-caused issues handled immediately
Duplicate payments, no download link after payment, corrupted or inaccessible files, delivery of a different product, or system errors are refunded or re-provided as soon as we confirm them.
Processing time
We aim to review refund requests within 1-3 business days. Actual settlement may take a few more days depending on the card issuer, wallet provider or payment processor.
After a refund
Once a refund completes, that order's download link and token expire, so re-download for that order is disabled. You can purchase again anytime.
Re-download (lost link)
If you lost a download link or didn't receive the email, request a re-download using your payment email and order ID. Download links have expiration, count limits and token validation to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Keeping the service healthy
Most refunds are processed quickly. In a small number of cases where a repeated abuse pattern is detected (for example, buying many products, downloading them all, then repeatedly refunding shortly after), a refund may require extra verification or be limited.
