There is nothing to pay for on the FormZip US site today, so there is nothing to refund. This page explains where things stand and what will happen if that changes.

Everything here is currently free
Every document listed on this site can be filled in, previewed and downloaded at no cost, without an account and without entering payment details. We do not currently sell anything on the US site and we do not collect card information anywhere on it.
So there is no charge to refund
Because no purchase is possible, you should never see a charge from us for this site. If you ever do see a charge you do not recognize, contact us at contact@myformzip.com and we will look into it with you.
If we introduce paid features
If we add anything paid in the future, we will publish the refund terms that apply to it on this page before you are able to buy it — including how to request a refund, how long you have, and how long a refund takes to reach you. We will not start selling with this page in its current state.
We intend today's free documents to stay free
The documents listed on this site today are free, and we do not plan to put them behind a payment later. If we ever build something paid, we intend it to be additional to what is already free here.
