Refunds
Everything you can fill in and download on this site is free. The one thing we sell is an optional pack download — a ZIP of finished files. This page states the refund terms for that purchase in plain language.

30 days, full refund
If you ask within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason. Email contact@myformzip.com with the order reference from your receipt, and we will start the refund. Once the payment provider processes it, how quickly the money appears back on your statement is up to your card issuer.
What a refund changes
A refund ends your license for the pack, and download access is turned off. One thing said plainly: a refund cannot un-deliver a file. Anything you already downloaded remains on your device — we have no way to recall it, and we will not pretend otherwise.
One-time purchase, nothing recurring
A pack is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing that charges you again later — so there is nothing to cancel besides the refund described above.
Who processes the payment
Checkout and payment run through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your receipt comes from them, and refunds are executed through them. FormZip never sees or stores your card details.
Everything else here stays free
The document tools listed on this site are free to fill in and download, and we do not plan to put them behind a payment. Paid packs are additional files on top of what is already free.
